a) Should be doing $6K to $10K on your own pen monthly

2) Minimum of 10 codes

3) Replacement: Take $10K-$15K, Leave $10K-$15K

4) Cash Flow: $20K rolling 12 months

a) Bad month RM should make $3K

5) Good QBI/Persistency: Cannot be promoted with bad persistency

6) Business Person: Should hire someone 3 days a week part-time. Pay them a minimum $10.00 an hour
